from Rai England -  I visited Admirals Startins grave at Hayling about ten years ago, to add to your history he also served in the zulu war, aboard HMS Tenedos receiving the South Africa medal with 1879 clasp, he also received the Royal Humane Award for saving life at sea twice, medal numbers 22095 and 19895 unfortunately i only have one date 23 may 1876 with notes Danube and Bashilea Bay.
